      We are real estate developers and we often buy chimney's from Amazon business account and we have guys to install the chimney by ourselves. We got the chimney install the day it arrived and few days after that the installation guy calls me to inform that I will not get warranty if I do not get it installed by them. They should have written it on Amazon about this.
      Now this chimney has stopped sucking air and the guy who bought the house is complaining to us about this, and the Livepure costumer care informs me that I will not get warranty on the product.
      I have bought chimneys from other companies and not once I had to face this kind of problem with other companies.
      I could have bought 100s of chimney from Livpure, but I will never buy it from them again.

      Edit 1: After seeing the 1 star review the Livpure HQ contacted me and resolved the issue for which i am very greatful, but i dont think i had to go through all the hassle if they had worked properly in the first place.
